Your role

As a Digital Product Designer within our Design and Digital Products team, you’ll support the creation of thoughtful, brand-led digital experiences while developing a strong foundation in product design and design systems.

Working alongside Product Designers, Strategists, Service Designers, Content Designers and Developers, you’ll contribute to the delivery of scalable, consistent digital products, learning how design decisions move from concept through to implementation.

A key part of the role will involve contributing to and working within design systems, helping ensure quality, consistency and efficiency across digital experiences. You’ll begin to build confidence in how components, patterns and tokens come together to support multiple products and brands.

You’ll bring curiosity, enthusiasm and a desire to grow your craft, learning from others, asking questions and gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence develops.

Our team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, and we believe that inclusivity and collaboration lead to better design outcomes.

  • Contribute to end-to-end product design, from research and ideation through to UX flows, wireframes and UI design.

  • Create clear, well-considered design artefacts: flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI screens.

  • Contribute to and work within design systems, maintaining consistency and quality.

  • Apply accessibility guidelines and inclusive-design principles to your work.

  • Prototype ideas at the appropriate fidelity to support decision-making and testing.

Project

  • Support the Design Lead in delivering a workstream end to end, with quality and pace.

  • Collaborate actively with Researchers, Engineers, Content Designers and Strategists.

  • Manage your own time and output effectively within project timelines.

Client

  • Engage professionally with client teams, building confidence and trust through your work.

  • Present design thinking clearly and invite feedback constructively.

  • Begin to develop an understanding of client context, business goals and user needs.

Skillset

  • A solid product design portfolio demonstrating a growing range and quality of craft.

  • Proficiency in Figma, with growing knowledge of the broader design toolchain.

  • Understanding of user research methods and how to apply findings to design decisions.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile or iterative delivery environments.

  • Attention to detail in both visual craft and interaction logic.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Portfolio requirement

Applications without a design portfolio demonstrating craft quality, process and relevant experience will not be considered.

What is in it for you
